Welcoming home a new baby is one of life’s greatest adventures. You don’t have to do it alone. As a DONA certified postpartum doula, I provide educational, emotional, and practical support to growing families in the St. Louis area, and virtually to families in any location. I am honored to work alongside parents to provide the support that all families deserve.

My work with a family is completely individualized, based on your needs and goals. Each family’s adjustment to a new baby is unique, and every shift will be tailored to your priorities.
Compassionate Care
Whether a baby has entered your lives through birth, adoption, surrogacy, foster placement, or any other means, I would be delighted to support you. All families are welcome here.
Flexible Scheduling
You can customize the support you need, from a one-time session to months of ongoing shifts. We can arrange whatever level of support fits your needs.
